Prontocoffee

An automatic machine for forming and packaging soft and hard pods starting from reels of thermosealing filter paper. An extremely compact high performance machine with a patented intermittent motion drum system.

You can change the size of pods to accommodate different shapes and dimensions.

Finished pods can be packed individually in pouches or in bulk in various bag types. The machine can be synchronized with our CSV40 VERTICAL SERIES – CSV40 PAKET SERIES – CSV300 lines.

Technical features

Wrapping material	Thermosealing filter paper. The innovative drum operating principle instead of the classic chain concept guarantees perfect synchronization of all the devices of the line even after millions of cycles. Furthermore, thanks to a unique design and the possibility of extracting the mechanical groups by means of a slide, the operator can do regular maintenance quickly and safely which increases the productivity of the line.
